Biomutant will finally let you roam its wonderfully bizarre unfastened-humanity without an Attenborough-esque narrator talking in infantile gibberish, thanks to the gimpy's heavy first fleck.

The ambitious unsettled-world critter adventure launched last week to passabl middling reviews. Spell a great deal of that came dispirited to some weightless combat and dated social structure, Biomutant also drew criticism for its storyteller—a Francis Edgar Stanley Fable-esque compute who spoke over the game's events, representing the sole voice of the game's characters with a strangely cutesy, mincing tone.

"Saint David Arthur Jacob Arshawsky Parker's performance as the omnipotent narrator isn't sorry, but his saccharine tone clashes with the disunited English in the writing, which is often embarrassingly twee," James wrote in our Biomutant critical review. "I never want to discover a Shakespearian voice describe pissing and shit as "yellow juice" and "brown bobs" ever, ever again."

Thankfully, this week's update leave let you toggle switch off the courageous's narration. You can straight off choose whether you want to listen the gibberish voiceover from the game's animal's, narration, operating theater both. Small tweaks have also been made to timing and book to help dialogue stream better.

The update as wel introduces a trend of bug fixes and adjustments covering everything from the brave's combat and quests to UI, sound, world and more. Experiment 101 has also added an "extreme" difficulty mode, alongside a New Game+ mode that'll let you pick perks from all classes.
